MP3 Player
The MP3 Player of this cell phone allows you to play both mp3 and other file formats. The MP3 Player itself is really simple to use. There is a scrolling feature, but it is a little bit annoying because it's not exactly very easy to read. It scrolls pretty fast and isn't very clear! You needn’t create a playlist or a tracklist, you can go through all your tracks by choosing from Artist, Genre, Album, Song and maybe some other options too. This can be pretty useful while you choose your favorite songs.
FM Radio ~
There is a built-in FM Radio in the Nokia 5200, but this requires a suitable wired headset to be plugged into the phone's 2.5mm socket to work. So you have to get a headset first. The wire on the headset actually works as the aerial to pick-up the radio signal.
Memory
The phone's memory is very small, about 5 mb or so. Only a couple of videos or music files will quickly fill the memory up. Therefore a larger memory card is an essential.
Charger
The phone also comes with a charger. Unfortunately Nokia have changed their chargers and so it is not interchangeable with other chargers. This may be not very convenient for you to borrow from your friend’s Nokia. The phone can last in excess of a week without charging. That’s really amazing. But if you always play music, games, or surf on the net, may be the time will be shorter.
