Warblade is a PC arcade shoot'em up game with the focus on very good playability.
An alien race is invading the earth and you must try to save humanity but that's just the simple plot of the game. The game has lots of features like extra bonuses, many secrets to figure out, 2 sub games, a shop where you can upgrade your fighter, time trial mode, advanced profile system where up to 10 users can record their progress and open up new features to the game. Theres a music jukebox to customise the music in the game, a hiscore submit tool for entering hiscores to an online Hall of Fame which includes hiscore printing and merging. AND theres a save game option and much much more....
Warblade was one of Adrenaline Vaults top shareware games of 2004!
Warblade got the Bytten Ernie award in 2005 for most addictive game!
The game is a remake for the PC of my Amiga game called Deluxe Galaga. Deluxe Galaga was voted into the TOP 100 GAMES of all time for the Amiga by readers of Amiga Power. It got to #19, where all the other games on the list were commercial games !! Well, except 1 other, Deluxe PacMan also made by me.
The game runs under DirectX or OpenGL and will take advantage of all your hardware. The better your hardware is the fancier and smoother the game will be.
